@veezugroup why is it called a "fixed fare" on your app, when I then get charged 50% extra at the end of the journey? Is there a maximum you charge ontop, only I never know how much I am going to be charged.

@veezugroup apparently your drivers have to go a certain route, irrespective of traffic? Is this correct when all I want is to get from work to station before my train?
I've had to get out the car and walk in order to not miss my second train, despite there being faster routes.

I have a disability which makes walking incredibly difficult and your driver saying that he "shouldn't have taken this job" despite there being a clearly faster route.
