Every 2–3 hours:
• 10 squats
• 30 sec spinal movement
• 5 slow breaths

One thing I’ve noticed balancing healthcare and content creation is how important it is to protect my energy outside of work too.
The quality of my creativity changes completely when I’m sleeping enough, moving my body, eating well, and not constantly overstimulated.
Wellness is not separate from the work. It impacts everything.

Patient care days don’t pause my content, they just change how I show up.
On days like this, I am not trying to do the most. I am hitting the bare minimum on purpose, posting on my socials and repurposing what already works instead of forcing new ideas.
That rhythm keeps my content consistent without burning me out, and it proves my system works even on my busiest days.
