Motion to admit evidence of Odinism/Norse Paganism/Ritualistic killing.

They cite that denial of #RichardAllen’s 6th amendment right to present an alternative theory as to the reason the sticks are aligned and arranged in the manner in which they are, leaves the jury with ONLY one explanation - the explanation provided by the state.

For this same reason, they should be able to use present evidence as a rebuttal to the State of Indiana’s blood spatter expert.
