@eddwilson All bills not debated & objected to, go to the back of the queue. Next Friday MPs will debate bills whose sponsors named 22nd as date for second reading soon after the ballot. A lot of bills get kiboshed. The first 7 in the ballot have best chance. I think Liz Truss was 18/20

In 1967 John Reith, the first ever Director General of the BBC, spoke to Malcolm Muggeridge about the "BBC accent". Reith defended his decision to instruct BBC broadcasters to speak in a rather artificial manner, as opposed to their own local dialects. #BBC100
