The actual line item was funding for *transgenic* mice. Not transgender mice.

Transgenic is the gene modification we use to make mice genetically compatible with humans for testing.

It’s how we test new medical treatments and reactions to pathogens, it’s a genetic modification for medical research.

But the idiot-in-chief thought it was *transgender* mice and cut the funding.

This would be the equivalent of saying he’s firing all the air traffic controllers because he thinks “Trans-Atlantic Flights” are how they import DEIs 😫
