I'm Italian. My wife is Chinese, born in Beijing.
Many of you have asked how to visit China for the first time. So we sat down and prepared this 101: which cities, in what order, and how to do a first trip properly.
We are both international. She studied in the US and worked in Hong Kong, then Europe. I've lived in more countries than I can count. We know well what most of you will look for in this trip: this is the advice we give our closest friends.
The short version: start with Beijing and Shanghai, leave Shenzhen for a second trip, and don't treat China as a one-week destination. And mind the weather: avoid peak summer and peak winter.
The good news: you are going to luxury you have probably never seen, better than Dubai, at a fraction of the cost.

Two Bulgarian friends killed the entire streaming industry.
It's called Stremio + Torrentio. You get 4K content from Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max combined for free.
Here's how it works.
Stremio is the player. Clean interface. Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and TV. You install it once and it looks like any other streaming app.
Torrentio is the addon. You add it to Stremio in one click. It scrapes content from every major torrent provider on the internet simultaneously and delivers the best available stream directly to your player. 720p, 1080p, 4K. You pick the quality. It finds the link.
→ No account required
→ No subscription
→ Works on every device
→ 4K and HDR supported
→ Subtitles built in
Netflix cannot shut this down. There is no central server to seize. No company to pressure. No domain to kill. It runs on your device and pulls from the open internet.
The entire streaming industry is built on one assumption. That you will keep paying $70/month rather than spend 5 minutes on GitHub.
That assumption just died in Sofia, Bulgaria.

A real Greek salad has no lettuce, none. If your Greek salad has lettuce in it you have never had a real one. The authentic version takes six minutes, uses five ingredients and tastes completely different from every Greek salad served outside Greece. Here is exactly how it is made.

Red light improves eyesight by restoring energy.
In this study low-light vision (night vision, handled by the rods) and blue color contrast improved in people over 40.
“Here, we use 670-nm (red) light to improve photoreceptor performance and measure this psychophysically in those aged 28-72 years... in those around 40 years and older, significant improvements were obtained in color contrast sensitivity for the blue visual axis known to display mitochondrial vulnerability. The red visual axis (protan) improved but not significantly. Rod thresholds also improved significantly in those >40 years. Using specific wavelengths to enhance mitochondrial performance will be significant in moderating the aging process in this metabolically demanding tissue.”
You can’t use any random red light, and higher power is not better.
“For this study the light energy emitted by the LED torch was just 8mW/cm2, rather than 40mW/cm2, which they had previously used. This has the effect of dimming the light but does not affect the wavelength. While both energy levels are perfectly safe for the human eye, reducing the energy further is an additional benefit.”

If your vagus nerve is damaged, you'll feel exhausted no matter what you try.
Most people don't realize that this one nerve can matter more than 8 hours of deep sleep.

I want to tell you about a two-time Nobel Prize winner who figured out why humans get heart disease and almost every other animal does not.
His name was Linus Pauling. He won the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1954 and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1962. He is the only person in history to win two unshared Nobel Prizes.
In 1989 he published something that should have changed cardiology forever.
He called it the Unified Theory of Human Cardiovascular Disease.
Nobody listened.
Apple hid a $200/year toolkit inside a free app called Settings.
You've had it since the day you unboxed your phone.
You've probably opened it twice — once to change your wallpaper, once to turn on Airplane Mode.

Senna tea is a must
I steep Senna leaf, cloves, hibiscus together and drink warm at least 3-4x per month
Will purge parasites and eggs from the body and lower blood sugar levels (and much more)
I am going to make a claim that will get me attacked by cardiologists, pharmaceutical companies, and most of the medical establishment.
Heart disease can be cured without drugs.
Not managed. Not reduced. Cured.
I do not mean in theory. I mean there are populations on earth right now with virtually zero heart disease. No statins. No PCSK9 inhibitors. No cardiologists. Clean arteries into their 80s.
And the reason they have no heart disease is not genetics. It is not luck. It is not low cholesterol.
It is because they never triggered the mechanism that causes the disease in the first place.
That mechanism is taught in every medical school. It has been understood for over 25 years. And it proves that heart disease is a chain of events that can be broken at multiple points without a single drug.
Let me show you.
