The mother of the 6-year-old who shot his teacher and then told cops, "f*ck you... b*tch," blamed the incident on his ADHD.

During an interview following the shooting, the boy's mother, Deja Taylor, said he had a "disability."

"He has ADHD... he doesn't sit still ever."

In the interview, Turner also appeared to point blame at the teacher for suspending her child, claiming he "accidentally" knocked her phone out of her hand.

The teacher, Abigail Zwerner, suffered a gunshot wound to the hand and chest. She needed multiple surgeries and spent weeks in the hospital.

I'm not a doctor, but I don't think ADHD makes you shoot your teacher.

Democrat operative let's his inner karen out as he felt he was above the law and could ignore the officer in scene. Instead he earns a trip to jail.

​ Elizabeth, New Jersey, police arrest the longtime Democratic political operative and legislative aide Justin Shoham. To no surprise, his antagonistic behavior is what earned him that trip to jail.

​Shoham was serving as campaign manager for Jose Rodriguez, a challenger running for Elizabeth City Council. Things kicked off when Elizabeth Police were dispatched to Woodruff Circle Park over a massive 5x4-foot campaign sign posted on public park property.

​Officers cited Elizabeth municipal codes (12.48.041 and 12.48.050) banning unattended advertising and signage in city parks, making a clear offer: you can’t stake or leave a stationary sign on city park grounds, but you’re completely free to hold and carry it along the public sidewalks as long as you keep moving and don’t block pedestrians.

​Instead of complying or simply moving to private property, Shoham rolled up on an electric scooter and immediately turned the interaction into an hour-long, bad-faith legal audit. He refused to give his ID, pulled out his phone, shoved cameras in officers' faces, and openly mocked them about case law, their retirement, and getting posted to TikTok.

When police reiterated that he had to keep moving on the sidewalk, he engaged in textbook malicious compliance, shuffling two feet forward, two feet backward, daring officers to cite specific statutes on walking distance, and deliberately obstructing the walkway while baiting a response.

​The lieutenant showed immense patience, repeatedly de-escalating and warning Shoham that he was going out of his way to get arrested.
​The boiling point arrived when a kid nearby lost a cell phone. Shoham used the distraction to try to bring the prohibited sign back onto park property.

When Lieutenant Escaleira stepped in to physically seize the sign, Shoham pushed off, allegedly elbowed the lieutenant in the chest, and tried to pull away. Officers took him to the pavement and placed him in cuffs while he screamed that he was being tackled over a campaign sign.

​Instead of a routine municipal ordinance discussion, Shoham walked away with serious criminal charges in Union County:

Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer (N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1b(5)(a))

Resisting Arrest (N.J.S.A. 2C:29-2a(1))

Obstructing the Administration of Law (N.J.S.A. 2C:29-1a)

He wanted to play games and push the officer to the limits. Well he won the prize he was trying to score.

Five separate state-court civil lawsuits have now been filed in Jackson County, Mississippi against five social-media personalities who, according to the complaints, repeatedly used their platforms to accuse young men connected to the Nolan Wells case of murder and other serious crimes.

The defendants are -

❗️Jennifer M. Sushka, known online as “Jay Megan”

❗️Damarcus Hughes, known as “Boogie LowDown”

❗️Isaiah Kelvin Harris

❗️Sandra L. Butler, known as “Royalty”

❗️Tumika Lasha Birch, known online as “Tumika LaSha.”

Here are a few examples of allegations made.

JENNIFER M. SUSHKA - “JAY MEGAN”

She repeatedly pushed the theory that the young men were responsible for Nolan Wells’ death, including accusations involving murder, hiding his body, tampering with his phone, deleting messages and creating a false alibi. She publicly said she was “leaning more towards the side of murder” and suggested they had “intentionally tried to speed up the decomposition.” The lawsuit also alleges she monetized the accusations, stating that “Every accusation came with a donation link.” Perhaps one of the most remarkable allegations in the filing is what happened after she received written notice. The complaint quotes her as saying: “Oh, and don’t worry, I never responded to this email.”

DAMARCUS HUGHES - “BOOGIE LOWDOWN”

Hughes is accused in his complaint of repeatedly portraying the young men as killers, referring to them as “those white murderers” and describing Nolan’s friends as people who “may be his murderers.” The complaint further alleges that he accused or implied that they were responsible not only for Nolan’s death, but for tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. After the Grand Jury proceedings, Hughes allegedly posted: “if YOU THOUGHT, that this Grand Jury report about # NolanWells was going to make me SHUT TF UP or MOVE ON, then you have LOST YOUR DAMN MIND!” When someone reportedly warned him that “they watching your page,” Hughes allegedly responded, “And you KNOW, that I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!”

ISAIAH KELVIN HARRIS -

His complaint quotes him telling his audience, “Them boys guilty as f*ck.” He called the young men “murderers” and stated: “And Nolan died. On the boat. . . . [B]efore they left, yes they murdered him.” Harris displayed a photograph of a residence along with a route map, conduct the plaintiffs included among their allegations concerning online targeting and safety.

SANDRA L. BUTLER - “ROYALTY” -

“Royalty” repeatedly branded the young men as responsible for Nolan’s death. Statements attributed to her include “They are guilty. They did something,” along with claims involving what supposedly happened to Nolan on the boat and theories about concealing his body. She specifically said “That crap don’t scare me and I’m gonna keep talking about them thugs. Period.”

TUMIKA LASHA BIRCH — “TUMIKA LASHA”

The Birch lawsuit likewise alleges that she used social media to repeatedly “brand them as killers” and accuse or insinuate that the young men bore criminal responsibility for Nolan Wells’ death. According to the complaint, her allegations went beyond Nolan’s death itself and included accusations involving tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution. The filing alleges a sustained campaign of false and defamatory statements and insinuations concerning these young men.
