@Riley_Gaines_ Can't delete this now or it would be considered tampering with evidence since this tweet is part of a lawsuit against @Polymarket for paying influencers to advertise without disclosing that it's an advertisement. @Riley_Gaines_ was paid for this post. https://t.co/5auXcxVsiU
Polymarket Allegedly Paid Controversial Influencers $350,000 Using Personal PayPal Account (UPDATED)
Nick Shirley, Riley Gaines and Brian Krassenstein were among more than 800 people who allegedly received money from Polymarket's chief marketing officer through a personal PayPal account, according to a Politico investigation published Friday.
Matthew Modabber, Polymarket Chief Marketing Officer, sent at least $350,000 to content creators between January 2025 and February 2026, the report said.
Total transfers from the personal account, which is reportedly registered to an email tied to a salad shop Modabber co-founded, topped $2.5 million.
The Undisclosed Influencer Operation
About two dozen creators promoted Polymarket on X after taking payments from Modabber, posting at least 490 times without disclosing a paid partnership, Politico found.

@ArtisTree777@Turbinetraveler Then they wouldn't get the chocolates though. This was never about the safe landing. This was about those sweet sweet choco bits ππ«
@TwitchSupport@zachbussey So either @TwitchSupport is lying or @TwitchSupport was wrong about something that appears to be happening. Twitch never knows what Twitch is doing. This is like when they said artists could draw nudity & then the next day they banned hundreds of artists & said why'd u draw that?
@Dexerto Why is this news? It's not like she was snubbed or anything. The movie hadn't come out yet so there was no boost to the resume at the time. So she didn't work between finishing the movie and the movie being released? She still get's paid for the movie and now has big credits.
@Notnow1982@WarMonitor3 Profile says you think a lot. Well maybe read the tweet and think about it some more. See how it mentions the Kremlin pressuring Belarus? Kremlin = Russia not Ukraine FYI
@unsol_eil@rarid0II He rageth for a whole boob maddam. Tis more than a squirteenth of a boob you see? A WHOLE BOOBUM ON MY TOOBUM? I shall send my notes of displeasure by horse mail. Please expect to receive them within 3-5 business months. Nary shall thine earn respect till the booty lacks neglect.
@KingCamelMoon@Movies_analyst Happened several times before. One example is the 1994 version of the fantastic four. Luckily that movie did eventually get leaked in a semi finished vhs bootleg copy but has never seen any official release. https://t.co/L5mdMx4rTI
@ShallowStateOp@Escanor109@myretrolifeshow Now those are quality games. I think as a kid I got suckered in thinking since it was one of the more expensive games it would be good. Turns out you don't always get what you pay forπ
@Escanor109@myretrolifeshow I guess it's nice to be young enough to not remember buying Superman 64 with your first hard earned summer job money for $70 freaking US dollars and be absolutely disgusted with how bad it was. used a gameshark (or game genie) to skip all the flying levels and still cant enjoy it
@JohnH_31@Tendar They are neighboring countries at war with rapidly evolving drone systems able to travel hundreds of miles into each others territory. Both sides are getting hammered by these drones. Russia has the upper hand so why not cheer for the underdog and defenders when they hit back?
@MatteoViviani1@dreamspace2@sentdefender Yeah she's not at fault as she clearly thought he was the threat. However it seems the shooter was right behind the guy so I don't think he was dumb to try to get out of there either. Just one of those unfortunate situations where bad things happen like this.
@Youliestfu@sentdefender Different situation, different cops, different nation, different outcome. There's plenty of people who will just say cops bad in every situation but what it really comes down to is bad cops ruining the bunch and those that defend them. Nothing wrong with defending the good ones.
@WarMonitor3 Good. From an outside perspective it seems all he does is introduce things that the majority of the free world let alone England would NOT want. One of the architects of the nanny state that is extending it's tentacles through the rest of the world who didn't ask for it. Sayonara
