@NartOutHere first of all it was launching but very laggy because of shader cache. when i deleted all of that it stopped launching at all, but putting my res in the launch options fixed the "not launching" problem. if u do all these and game doesnt launch guys, try "-w 1280 -h 960" (ur res)
