@TeslaTopics @kirawontmiss No tipping in Costa Rica either. Restaurants pay their employees fair wages and all prices in the menu include a 10% service tax which goes to servers. Service overall is pretty good.

Tipping should be optional and restaurants/bars owners need be responsible for salaries.
