📣📣NEXT BRIDGE HYDROCARBONS SIXTH ATTEMPT TO MEET WITH THE SEC FOR MMTLP U3 HALT🚨🚨
Why won't the SEC meet with Next Bridge Hydrocarbon regarding the MNTLP U3 Halt❓️❓️
If everything was done by the book and nothing nefarious happened, then it shouldn't be a problem.
We all know that MMTLP is a crime scene frozen in time.
Why is the MMAT Trustee doing the SEC JOB❓️❓️
MMTLP ISN'T GOING AWAY I THINK THAT SHOULD BE VERY CLEAR BY NOW‼️
MMTLP
📢 Claim circulating that investors should receive $3/day since the halt, with treble (3×) RICO damages alleged to total about $11,853 per share.
⚖️ Also alleges additional damages for negligence.
📣 Responsible parties should be held financially accountable.
🚨NEXT BRIDGE HYDROCARBONS RELEASES PR ADDRESSING MULTIPLE FAILED REQUESTS TO MEET WITH SEC CHAIR AND COMMISSIONERS IN AN EFFORT TO RESOLVE NBH'S IMBALANCED LEDGER. NBH PUBLISHES MOST RECENT LETTER.
MMTLP MMAT TRCH NBH
From the Press Release:
"Next Bridge has, for a sixth time, requested to meet with senior officials of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") to discuss the unresolved dilemma of the MMTLP trading halt in 2022 and the subsequent imbalance it created in our shareholder ledger which remains to this day. We are extremely disappointed to share with our investors that for a sixth time, our invitation has been ignored."
From NBH's Letter to the SEC:
"For more than three and a half years, Next Bridge has done exactly what the Commission asked of us. We have respected the process and the institution. We have followed every applicable rule and regulation. We have responded to every SEC comment. We even amended and refiled two years of periodic reports, despite our profound disagreement with the basis for requiring those revisions. Our actions were all premised on the belief that cooperation was the path toward resolution.
Yet after years of compliance, extraordinary expense, and immeasurable harm to our shareholders, the central issues remain unresolved."

Another win! This is a massive one vs. DTCC.
One step closer to triangulate the data. Thanks for sharing @kimkep4796
For the record, I need ZERO access to the trading data information for my case (including the Nasdaq 6 month data - I was informed some are really scared I would use, but wait… is there something of value they are uniquely aware of?? -> for the dum dums 🗿🗿)
The fact that NASDAQ went and hired Meta’s Nevada Counsel, Ballard Spahr, would be hilarious if it wasn’t true. (For the record the Managing Partner at the Las Vegas office R Kim, was excellent for four years)
Mistake or not the laws in Nevada are clear and the options available to the trustee are very significant, for example:
1.Expedited motion to disqualify under Nevada RPC 1.9/1.10 (and 1.7 if concurrent), citing Nevada’s substantial-relationship framework.
https://t.co/rt0fTqd0h0 the same package, request relief that strikes/denies the motion to quash (or at least bars the conflicted firm from further participation), and sets an accelerated schedule for conflict-free counsel to appear.
3.If Nasdaq (or any subpoena target) resists after an order, escalate to compel + contempt/sanctions using §105(a)/inherent authority and, where appropriate, Rule 9011 / §1927.
4. Discovery of all privileged information between Nasdaq and Ballard Spahr (more nuanced)
Example: In re Burnett (Arkansas bankruptcy court)
The court found an attorney violated the Code, Bankruptcy Rules, and local rules, and ordered:
•Disgorgement of fees, and
•Suspension from practicing in the bankruptcy courts of that district, pending review by the state disciplinary authority.[uscourts]
Takeaway:
When a bankruptcy judge decides counsel abused the system, consequences can include both financial sanctions and a practice ban in that court.
$MMTLP Big. This is one of the most promising procedural steps yet for MMTLP shareholders. Why? Because the DTCC sits at the center of settlement truth. If naked shorting and synthetic inflation did occur (I believe it did), while it won’t specifically spell it out… this data set has a high likelihood of exposing mathematical inconsistencies that public reports have obfuscated thus far. There’s a reason why this information needs to remain confidential 🤫. I would pay especially close attention to the CNS data if I were the trustee and/or one of the experts hired by her.
Gonna be interesting to see this play out, especially with McCabe waiting in the wings with whatever he has planned.
🚨NEXT BRIDGE HYDROCARBONS FILES AMENDED S-1 [A-5] REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR THE SALE OF UP TO 40M SHARES TO ACCREDITED INVESTORS.
The original S-1 was filed on January 23, 2023. Roth Capital Partners remains the placement agent. https://t.co/yff2PI4KYY

BREAKING🚨 SEC EXPOSED IN COUNTERFEIT SHARE (NAKED SHORTING) COVER-UP
- Internal emails reveal private coordination between FINRA, the SEC, and the broker-dealer lobby (FIF) regarding $MMTLP, showing concerns over unrecoverable loaned shares (COUNTERFEIT SHARES).
➡️ Regulators and broker-dealers were aware the share count didn’t add up.
➡️ Their own communications show the priority wasn’t investor protection.. It was containment and damage control to protect brokers.
The concern wasn’t shareholders, but the reality that loaned short shares could not be recovered after the trading halt.
Approving the S-1 as proposed would have locked in significant losses for lending brokers.
That’s why an independent, audited aggregate share count has never been released…
And why shareholders still aren’t being told how severe the imbalance really is.
More than two years later, the SEC still has not approved the company’s S-1 filing.
SEC & FINRA are in on it, and not doing a single thing to protect retail investors 🚨
🔂 Repost to spread the word about the corruption carried out by our OWN regulators 🚨🚨
$GME $AMC $MMTLP $OPEN $BYND $GNS $QNTM
Bingo!
This is exactly WHY FINRA placed a U3 Halt on #MMTLP in 2022 because Wall Street (yes all documented in a FOIA'd email) told the SEC they did not have the shares to cover if a certain S1 was filed requiring all shares to be sent back to the transfer agent. Effectively telling the SEC, which oversees FINRA, they DO NOT HAVE THE SHARES thanks to all the millions they made through NAKED SHORT SELLING.
This is literally the definition of a crime!

Today was a huge day for Nextbridge Hydrocarbons, at great expense they complied with the SEC's wishes and restated 2 full years of financials. A massive hurdle was jumped today and the future bodes well. $mmtlp
MMTLP Army is still going strong. Who would have ever guessed that truth and transparency would be blocked by congress members? 🤷🇺🇸@SharylAttkisson 👇 @TheRobbCarter 🇺🇸👇
