Having children is an act of optimism, a belief in a better tomorrow.

Yet Australia’s fertility rate has fallen to 1.51, well below the 2.1 needed just to sustain our population.

When rents, mortgages, and everyday costs rise faster than incomes, hope fades.

Worse still, a lack of patriotism, vision and wisdom in leadership makes it feel as though the future of our nation is quietly slipping

We need to make it easier for families to choose hope again. Not by expanding bureaucracy, but by trusting Australians to build their own future.

Raise the tax-free threshold for families with children. Allow income splitting. Let government encourage confidence by getting out of the way.

Progress is not born of control, but of free people choosing hope.
