1) 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Generally, in the crypto market there’s a constant change in trends, but this is even harder to catchup with in the memecoin market, as any little event could lead to a new meta.

Although, it is not necessary for you to jump into every meta, but here’s why it is important for you to know about it and know all the key plays with significant performance:

Ex:
𝗜𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻.

And usually the best plays which would have dropped heavily in value and are now available at discount prices, get to catch the first bids.

And truth fully, it can be mentally exhausting chasing these metas and a lot of brain work thinking back which tokens performed well the previous time… and that is where my “daily recap” comes in, serving as your journal.

2) 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱:
Using the “AI + meme meta” for example, I first reported $GOAT when it pumped to $5m on its first day of launch.

In cases like this, for coins that kickstart a meta… check out if there’s a possibility for it to continue its momentum (nothing goes up only, retracements could be a of a buy opportunity or signs of a meta dying) by studying the following:

> study the potential of what drives the meta
> study the community (if a cult is gradually building)
> study the chart for a possible re-entry (Fibonacci is a fantastic tool especially for the newly launched tokens)
> study the top holders of the token aswell using bubblemaps to check its distribution.

Use these metrics, to build conviction and position yourself for beta plays that could come out from this meta.

3) 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁:
For every meta that does well, analyze the best performing tokens.

Use @dexscreener to find the top traders aswell as those who aped into this tokens early.

Study their performance and win rate, use this to form a list of smart traders that could give you an idea of the next alpha.(I don’t advise blind copy trading)

4) 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮:
Like I said earlier about market rotation, there’s a possibility an old meta regains momentum and its tokens go parabolic again, but here is the trick:

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲.

This is why I try to categorize both leaders and derivatives in a meta so as to easily capitalize on them when they gain interest again.
Ex:
If $spx pumps, its derivatives like $MSTR & $NDX follows suite.
