People still get Saylor and Tom Lee, DAT companies wrong. Below are what’s needed for a successful DAT company.

1. Pick a good asset, BTC and ETH are the most important crypto assets beside stablecoins. These two will do fine long term.
2. DAT needs to get to significant size while investors are WILLING to pay. Yes this means they need to get to 5% size or more, and they are raising money during late stage bull market where investors are willing to chip in. Try raising money in bear market, you won’t be successful. This also means this is designed not to be able to get good entry price.
3. Don’t get liquidated during bear market, this applies to any market participants, DAT included.
4. You want to be the biggest, $MSTR is the biggest for $BTC and $BMNR are the biggest for $ETH. Let’s if @Sharplink wanna merge with @BitMNR if they can work out the terms and deal.

If you do 1-4, you are using prior cycle’s late bull money to pay the bear market bottom investors in the next bull market.
