@united flight # UA 8836 leaving Frankfurt was grossly delayed & I missed my connection (UA 5734) in Chicago as a result. So now I have to wait 4 hours to leave to go home. When I tried to enter the United Lounge, staff was rude & sent me away. I’m on an international itinerary.
