We’re truly missing the @TCS @Infosys era of MCA. In expectation of a better and faster website, we’ve been given the worst-performing one ever.
Every time users raise genuine issues, it’s brushed off as a “user awareness problem.”

If such a website were delivered to me, I’d have rejected it outright instead of granting multiple rework chances. It’s been over 3 years of persistent glitches, slow speed, repeated tickets, and now even video proof has to be given to show non-functionality.

We were in a far better situation under the previous developers. @MCA21India — please fix this once and for all. Professionals deserve efficiency, not endless frustration.

🚨 Update for MCA compliance:

In a letter dated 29 Sept 2025, the Institute (ICSI) has written to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (#MCA) highlighting the technical glitches and user difficulties faced on the new MCA V3 Portal.

ICSI has urged MCA to waive additional fees for all Annual Filing forms due till 31 Dec 2025 considering these ongoing challenges.

The worst thing about #DueDate period is that when portal is down all the other forms and challans also get delayed. While the due date forms may get some attention, other forms becomes collateral damage.
