@bookingcom I am not accusing, but truly seeking to understand. I am honestly hurt and questioning my relationship to your company as a customer. You told me you were powerless. You're not. So why just me? Why don't I deserve action why I have a really serious complaint?
@bookingcom I want to know why I don't matter to your company as a customer when I spend so much money and time and essentially trust you to keep me safe. It makes me not want to use your platform ever again. I don't expect to be compensated. But I want answers.
@bookingcom Obviously I don't know the details of what happened at my current hostel but I am deeply hurt to find out that booking isn't powerless. It makes me feel like I don't matter. Even when I am put in literal, physical danger. I wasn't so much as offered a discount
@bookingcom I called booking and asked that they at least contact the owner to get his side. They refused stating that I needed some type of official report or documented action from the actual Colombian government in order for booking to do literally anything.
@bookingcom I was in com Colombia and having problems at my hostel. I posted a negative review and the owner of the hostel took a picture of the comment an be sent it to his staff who then cornered me and tried to physically fight me.
@bookingcom I am currently traveling and the hostel I am in has had their listing on booking temporarily removed due to a complaint from a customer based on a bad experience. However when I was traveling your company painted themselves almost as completely powerless to help me.
@bookingcom I am writing to you because I feel slighted by your company based on recent experiences I have been having. While I am generally satisfied with your service and am a level 3 genius my current my travel experience is making me rethink using your platform altogether.
