If you fail at the bottom of a deep rep and miss the re rack position, you will be forced to go lower which will be below your safe minimum depth, you are crushed under a weight you can't move off you.

@MarcusBurelius @Jainadave_ People who don't drink caffeine, don't need it, for people who do drink caffeine regularly, then the caffeine brings them back up to the normal level they would have been at if they never took caffeine.

@Barefoot_Will_ It's can be caused by a restriction in blood flow, resulting from a big toe that is squashed in due to poorly designed footwear. Switching to a shoe with a wide foot shaped toe box fixes it for a lot of people. Barefoot shoes or Altra's have this design.

@Perfekt_Shawn Nope, Odin was correct, the enchantment he put on the hammer grants people who are worthy the "power of Thor" not the power of the Hammer. It's an important distinction. Thor doesn't need the Hammer because he already is Thor, for everyonenelse it gives them Thors power.
