On July 10, 2026, the Department of War published the fourth PURSUE release. This is every video from that release in one cut: 19 military sensor videos and four NASA audio recordings. Total runtime 4:16:39.

Release 4 brings the footage closer to home. Alongside the continuing overseas naval infrared clips from the Yellow Sea, the South and East China Seas, and the Middle East, this batch includes six "Range Fouler" incidents over the eastern United States. Range Fouler is the U.S. Navy's own term for an unauthorized intrusion into active military airspace during operations or training, and these were recorded between 2015 and 2020. Several arrive with the Navy debrief forms attached. The oldest clip in the release is infrared footage from the western United States in 1996.

The four NASA audio tracks are the Apollo 14 (1971) and Apollo 17 (1972) crew debriefings. In them, astronauts and flight surgeons discuss the "light flash phenomena," the streaks and points of light crews saw with their eyes closed in deep space. It is worth being precise about this one: the light flash phenomenon is now well documented and understood as a biological effect, high-energy cosmic rays passing through the visual system. The government filed these recordings under the UAP program. We include them so you can hear the primary source and judge for yourself.

These are unedited U.S. Government works (public domain), assembled for the public record. The Sentinel Network™ added only chapter markers and a brand bumper. No narration, edits, or enhancements were applied to the source footage. The full forensic breakdown of Release 4 is in progress.
