4. I’d like to talk with their personal trainer, or “elite” 7v7 coach before we offer
Players: Acknowledge people who are there for your team but rarely receive thanks.
*Help custodians by cleaning up after yourself
*Say a heartfelt Thank You to your bus driver
*Express gratitude for bench personnel, officials, book keepers, announcers, etc.
*Thank your managers
Holding someone accountable is not something you do TO them; it’s something you do FOR them. Holding someone is accountable is a form of love; it shows them you truly care because you hold them to a high standard of excellence. Accountability is the foundation of a winning team.
