It’s absurd. There will have to be two ballots, one with local races, and another for federal races. Since CA won’t do voter ID, they can’t even demand a realID before handing over a federal ballot. Illegals will ask and get the full ballot, no questions asked, then there will be very few local ballots and then CA will say it proves illegals don’t vote!!!

You don’t know where these last batches are coming from in the city because the city doesn’t report it. If Dem vote is later, Bass should not be going down. If it’s progressive Dem voters only counted last, why is that? You say it’s true, but your only ‘evidence’ is the votes themselves that you theoretically attribute to young progressive voters.
