@jeffrey_way Our company is fully remote with people working 12+ hour time differences and I could not agree more. The pro's far outweigh the worry of being taken advantage of. If you have a good team of people you trust, the outliers don't last.

@fideloper Capslock to the "meh" key. Then I use the caps lock + whatever key to have universal keyboard shortcuts without worrying about mapping collisions. Like Caps+1 is 1password and caps+s is screenshot

- Local Time
- Local Timezone
- UTC

UTC is good for math between dates. Local time is good for when an item happens at a specific time regardless of daylight savings time (A store opens at 8am as an example)
