@amcgriff87 I use the metaphor of car mechanics. If you get your car worked on at a Honda dealer, the mechanics don’t work FOR Honda, they work ON Hondas. The idea of a Salesforce “mechanic” for a “dealership” seems to resonate well.

@KruvMan I have never seen a cert get retired before - does it get removed from your list of certifications, or do you keep it forever, or something else?
@KruvMan Y/M/D is logical, but I don’t think that’s why I read it that way. I think my brain just keeps the month/day order since that’s what it’s used to and the 1-5 is ambiguous.
