Thanks for laying it out like this, I don’t always understand these things and don’t have the time to look at it as it takes me double the time to figure it out.
I think both ways are needed -science and rights based= strength. We can’t deny that cost is a big issue for LA’s

@JohnRadoux Depends what % of your monthly household income is - if it’s one months income or less ( provided bills etc are covered/then yes it’s worth it
