@heatherstaines @Uber Dealing with this same issue right now. Only given a partial refund [so far]. No receipts, no emails, no in-app alerts to indicate that they were siphoning money from me. Had to make a Twitter account to contact them as they have no other way to reach out. @Uber @Uber_Support
