@ReporteYa@DelmiroDeBarrio Entrenar a un residente requiere mano dura pero al mismo tiempo paciencia. La forma de educar más eficientemente a ese residente no es gritándole ni vejándolo, hay que darle orientación y explicaciones muy propinadas por que “hay que revisar” esa área y como hacerla.

It’s a honored spending time with vascular surgery and CT surgery doing complex procedure. Real multidisciplinary team approach. The one that benefit the most at the end is the patient.
88 year-old female with severe AS and an AAA admitted with worsening abdominal pain. A CT scan revealed that the AAA increased from 3.5 to 5.8 cm in 7 years. There was mural thrombus but no rupture. Cardiac cath - no significant CAD. AVA 0.7 with mGR 50-55.
