@16thSMA @TheWTFNation This is a whole society issue, not just isolated to the DoD. Lack of workforce and workforce development in this field is having country-wide effects. I think we need to take a look at this from a force structure perspective (ENL and O) Maybe get USUHS to add a degree program?
