@olsonplanner Could argue that Kaiser does this in California, with $250k for housing in addition to typical signing bonuses. Now PSLF eligible. Single payer healthcare (mostly) so very little arguing with ins co. That model is doing just fine. Good luck getting $500k in a smaller context.
