@guybmyles @GrusTopGuy @AscendedYield Exactly, only large housebuilders can take that risk and therefore can get the resulting large gains. Small & medium housebuilders can't cope when the scenario is 80% of the time you get 30% profit and 20% of the time you make a huge loss.

@SadHugheslaw @JamesFl We've tried increasing the number of doctors by 0.7% per year, but we still have long hospital waiting lists! Clearly adding doctors is doing nothing to improve waiting lists
