Realise that this is quite applicable to other verticals too:
- They sell to institutions, not consumers
- AI is the engine, but the wedge is workflow ownership
- They attack the cost and labor bottlenecks head-on, and prove outcomes early,
- Build in regulated environments without fighting regulation
- Teams have both domain depth and cross-industry talent
- Keep the go-to-market simple and brutally practical
