@SydneyLWatson My son is lactose intolerant. He asked for grated vegan cheese to make his own pizza. He spilled some on the floor in the kitchen. I called the dog over for clean-up duty. She sniffed the "cheese" then gave us a disappointed look and walked off. If the dog won't eat it, I won't!

Sunday afternoon, just through security at Bristol Airport in less than ten minutes. Used fast track--worth the extra 6 quid. Probably 30-40 min in regular q. Lots of delayed flights but nothing apocalyptic. #bristolairport

@British_Airways I spent an hour on hold only to be told when someone answered that I needed to phone the Exec club. Another hour on hold, then you disconnected. Your customer service is dreadful. And you profit off it! 7p per minute. How can you treat your customers so poorly?
