@Uber amazing service. Pre book a car, driver on way then you cancel 10 mins before pickup, no reason. No other cars available. What is the point in pre booking service it offers no guarantee of service or cost. Absolutely shambolic. Now using another provider and late for ✈️
@Uber_Support Now getting gaslight. Uber cancel but they’ve refunded me for them cancelling “as a gesture of goodwill”. Wow. Generous. Despite costing me significantly more and you failing to deliver your booking commitment. This is absolutely atrocious….!
@Uber_Support It seems @Uber your customer experience team have admitted there is no value in pre booked Ubers. Drivers can cancel at will and you have no commitment to the customer. I’ve spent ages fighting for a refund after YOU cancelled. That’s before the fact I nesrly missed my flight…
@GWRHelp so 7:50 from Paddington cancelled because of staff shortages (increasing occurrence) and now the 8:51 can’t provide catering trolley except first class… any reason for your ever declining service and increasing cancellations when trains run?
