⚠️ **Binance says it has replaced 90% of stolen crypto after massive $6.3 billion breach**
Binance says it has replenished 90% of the $6.3B stolen, up from about 80% in its previous update; BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD and ZEC are now fully backed.
The remaining 10% is less-liquid tokens being bought via public markets and OTC; funding is from corporate treasury, futures insurance fund and a partial SAFU deployment expected in the next 24 hours, with SAFU to be restored to about $1B.
Binance published a new proof-of-reserves snapshot taken at midnight UTC on Oct. 31 showing coverage at 100% or more for the named tokens; the full cryptographic proof is expected Nov. 3.
Withdrawals remain on track to resume Sunday, Nov. 1.

$QQQ has stayed below its pre-market low of 697.72 since 7:40 AM ET and is now at 697.36. It's below VWAP and the daily trend is down, so I lean short if it retests 697.72 and fails. The idea is wrong above 698.66. Set your own nearby target, because there's no clean level below until 685.

Long $QQQ /MNQ Put a stop at **28,795**, below the 28,820-28,825 lows where stops are clustered, so a sweep doesn't take you out. That's about 47 points, or $94 at risk. For targets, take profit at 28,900-28,920, the 9:00-9:35 PM highs, which is about 1.5R. Move the stop to breakeven only after +1R, about 28,890. If it closes a 5-minute bar under 28,820, the bounce has failed, so don't add to it.
