@oyebajwey I know plenty of my colleagues who are post FCPS with MRCP working in NHS and got jobs easily. Majority of them come at end of last year.

Consultant biomedical scientist is established role for many years and they are huge value to pathology related specialities, most of time they have to pass Rcpath exams as well

@Xeon4f145d96s1 Op is GMC registered, likely with appraisals done. The trust accepted them for a locum, so they clearly have experience. Many take breaks for valid reasons. Locuming often happens due to a shortage of JCF posts. You seem upset only because the OP is an IMG.

@InfamousGasman Many IMGs left training or high-paying jobs (esp. in the Middle East) to come to the UK for training opportunities. Had restrictions been clear earlier, many wouldn’t have made the move.

@Hestia2007 Not sure about Birmingham but for bradford slots are opened at 2pm and only for next day which are booked quickly so if you check any other time it will show that all slot are booked for upcoming weeks.
