@nigimmigration Festac branch in Lagos is a death trapped passport office. I was there on Wednesday for my password renewal since Aug 14. and I was told it is not ready. All those who went through agents have their passport and we that did it ourselves still waiting. @BTOofficial we need help

@nigimmigration @BTOofficial All this information by NIS is not true, I was at Festac branch today, and after submission of slip, it was returned with AA written on it, meaning not produced at all. I was asked to see my agent and I didn't use agent. So they have not produce mine. why asking us to come 4 coll

@ServicomOffice needs to look into this branch of NIS. My passport is still pending because i refuse to go through agents. In fact i wasnt given printout
