@AkiikiRuth@drkasenene@RicOkello Juice filters out the indigestible fibers which or gut bacteria befit from, smoothies are better because you get the entire fruit (or vegetable) π
@TeamYouTube This just isn't the case, at least not consistently. I just got a notification for a short from a channel I subscribe to this morning (see first notification on screen shot). Why are some channels benefiting from extra notification for shorts and others not? That's not fair
@TeamYouTube why are notifications not sent to subscribers for #shorts? My subs would want to know about these just as much as anyone else. Changing this severely hurt my views (I'm a small channel, I don't typically get big views from shorts). I must insist it change back. π
@TeamYouTube I fervently request the ability to choose our thumnails for #shorts, just like you can in tik tok. Not once has the random pocket picked something that was an eye catching image out that was representative of the content. Is there something in missing, is there a way
@TeamYouTube see the comment starting with "cocina". It siesta on my mobile but when I click through it's gone. When u click through on desktop it's also not there. There nothing offensive about this comment and it doesn't ask for subscription. This is just 1 example. What gives
@TeamYouTube I released a new video today. Performance is horrible. I come to find out that Numerous people that have notifications set to ALL report that they did not get the notifications. What gives?

@semofrank@drpaulkasenene It's man made sugar that is the worst of them - 50% glucose, 50% fructose. When people (especially westerners) eat a lot of foods with man made sugar they consume more fructose which is then hard for the liver to process
