Hi,

I have issues with the customer care system for rebooking my tickets.

1. The online route doesn't let me open a window to rebooking

2. The customer care number diverts you to online system

It's almost about an year since this booking and I've been trying to reach out to the team in every way possible but I haven't been able to close this Booking @deepkalra @makemytrip please help me understand how can I get this refund. It's really frustrating at this point now.

@makemytripcare I did but this draft messages have been shared by the team a couple of times now, to be exact since March 2020. It is going to be our anniversary of the cancelled tickets. Hoping to get the refund amount soon. 🤞
