@johnlewishelp If you look at the model of printer I bought and follow this link you will find that John Lewis have offered a promotion that doesn’t exist. I bought this printer because of the promotion. This is JL’s responsibility
@johnlewishelp I bought an HP printer from you which came with cashback on signing up for HP Instant Ink but the model isn’t covered on their website. Rang JL customer services who said take it up with HP gave me a number that was unobtainable. 2nd call to JL also useless
@yarndale I’m a newsletter subscriber and have been trying all day to buy tickets. As has a friend. Neither of us is able to get our accounts recognised at checkout, or checkout as a guest. Is there a problem?

@madeinholmfirth @KirkleesCouncil I run up there and it’s an appalling mess. I think more than 30 heavy lorries a day are using it and they’ve destroyed the verges where they pass each other.
