सालों से, पंजाब के कंप्यूटर टीचर – वही लोग जिन्हें हमारे युवाओं को डिजिटल भविष्य के लिए तैयार करने का काम सौंपा गया है – अपनी सही मांगों के लिए गुहार लगा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बेसिक जॉब सिक्योरिटी, सही सैलरी और लंबे समय से अधूरे वादों को पूरा करने की मांग की है। बार-बार, उनकी ��वाज़ को दबा दिया गया या नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिया गया, अक्सर "खाली सरकारी खजाने" के थके हुए बहाने से जवाब दिया गया।

फिर भी, जब सत्ता में बैठे लोगों की सेवा करने की बात आती है तो वही खजाना चमत्कारिक रूप से भर जाता है।

यह पूरी तरह से गलत है कि जब टीचर गुज़ारा करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, तो सरकार अपने चुने हुए प्रतिनिधियों को आसानी से बड़े फाइनेंशियल फायदे देती है। जैसा कि डेटा साफ दिखाता है, पंजाब के ���क MLA को अब ₹2,55,000 की कुल महीने की सैलरी और भत्ते मिल रहे हैं।

इस ज़्यादा खर्चीले खुद के मुआवज़े की वजह से पंजाब के MLA कई दूसरे राज्यों के MLA से कहीं बेहतर हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:

केरल (पंजाब से ₹77,500 कम)

पश्चिम बंगाल (₹93,000 कम)

दिल्ली (₹1,10,000 कम)

हिमाचल प्रदेश (₹1,50,000 कम)

कोई सरकार नेताओं को मोटी सैलरी देना कैसे सही ठहरा सकती है, जबकि वह अपने टीचरों की असली शिकायतों को नज़रअंदाज़ कर रही है? चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि पब्लिक सर्वेंट होते हैं, न कि राज्य के पैसे के फ़ायदेमंद, अपनी वर्कफ़ोर्स की कीमत पर।

जो राज्य अपने टीचरों का सम्मान नहीं करता और उन्हें ठीक से मुआवज़ा नहीं देता, वह अपने भविष्य से समझौता कर रहा है। मौजूदा सरकार के कामों से एक साफ़, निराश करने वाला मैसेज जाता है: पॉलिटिकल प्रिविलेज पढ़ाई की तरक्की से ज़्यादा ज़रूरी है।

अब समय आ गया है कि पंजाब सरकार इस नैतिक नाकामी पर सोचे। अपने टीचरों के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार बंद करें। कंप्यूटर टीचरों की बात सुनें, उनकी सर्विस रेगुलर करें, और उनकी जायज़ ��ांगों को तुरंत पूरा करें।

Chandigarh, December 11:
The Computer Teachers’ Front Punjab has announced that computer instructors across the state will intensify their protest starting tomorrow, citing the government’s continued negligence in addressing long-pending service-related issues. The decision comes after repeated assurances from the Punjab Education Department failed to translate into concrete action.
According to the Front, several meetings were held with senior officials, but no firm decision was taken regarding the regularization of services, job security, salary structure, and other administrative matters affecting computer teachers. The union stated that despite the seriousness of these issues, the government has not shown any urgency in resolving them.

If the government does not respond with clear measures by 3 PM on December 11, 2025, district-level units of the Computer Teachers’ Front will launch strong protest demonstrations across Punjab. The union emphasized that the struggle is not only for the rights of computer teachers but also for protecting the future of computer education in government schools.

Leaders of the Front said that the technical education system in schools cannot function smoothly without addressing the long-pending demands of computer teachers. They warned that any delay will force them to escalate the agitation statewide.

The Computer Teachers’ Coordination Committee confirmed that all computer instructors have been instructed to participate in the protest if the deadline passes without action from the Punjab government.

Let me tell you how clueless these opposition leaders are:
“As per law, no judge is liable to face impeachment proceedings for performing judicial duties or for passing a judgment.”
Why?

Because the Constitution of India is very clear: A judge of the Supreme Court or High Court can be impeached only for proved misbehaviour or incapacity — not for delivering a judgment, whether someone likes it or not.

Judicial decisions are challenged through appeals, not through impeachment threats.
The judiciary cannot be targeted just because a judgment doesn’t suit someone’s political agenda.
