Office of the Inspector General Audit Recommendations that Had Not Been Implemented as of March 22, 2024 BEFORE ELON even came into the picture on Social Security, where THE IG, had been letting them KNOW since 2021 or before that their were problems, OVER 125 PAGES IN THIS REPORT ALONE, and they STILL had NOT CORRECTED OR IMPLEMENTED CHANGE. A lot were on Deaths showing up in the system, that had not been taken out. ON TOP of many OTHER problems. It really is a shame that Elon HAD to be the one to make them START TO DO THEIR DAMN JOB. It does not matter how many reports are written, if they never change anything WHAT DID IT MATTER. So one of my points is with these liberals complaining, they have had funds stolen for years, and they would have KEPT doing it, if not for Elon.

What a fateful day - had a strong sense then that it wouldn’t be “as advertised” for patients nor physicians; this sense has slowly turned to realization
Insurers now have more control than ever while turning record profits;
Deductibles are absurd for the average citizen with health insurance, and legions of patients with managed Medicaid struggle to find physicians who accept their “insurance”

One of my biggest regrets was voting for President Obama in 2008 as a medical student & celebrating the passage of the ACA

Little did I know the carnage it would wreck on the medical profession and my future patients. I had no idea then that the ACA was written to strip physicians of their autonomy, boost insurer profits & drive healthcare consolidation

End result 15 years later is a more expensive healthcare system with less competition resulting in lower quality, less efficient care for patients. Coverage is not care!
