Because this whole screen space cavity journey started in Unity, I felt compelled to implement it in #unity3d as well.
I made it via the URP but I'd wager this is perfectly doable in any render pipeline.

Uh. Successfully managed to re-create blenders screen space cavity overlay in #UnrealEngine - I'm happy with that result. Sneaky scene depth trickery

Material based toon shading in the #UnrealEngine without posterization (seriously ... wtf).
Sadly, shadows and spec shading will only work for pre-defined light sources but oh well.

@GreyAlien Very rustic and a perfectly distributed patina. Wonderful use of grain direction. Connection into the ground is very pleasing to the eye. 10/10 post!

- Unreal kauft Unity und verbietet es
- Unreal wird abgestellt, Godot dafür Version 5
- Strolch-Theme neues Standard-Theme für Godot 5
