@easyJet I had very bad experience of mental harassment and bias against me and my wife during our flight EJU 3854 on 6th October 2024. Our seat numbers were 10d and 10 e. Ground support staff at M6 compulsory made us pay without our fault

@easyJet not only lost my luggage, but they sent me an email and multiple texts saying they found it and it was at CDG airport. When I went to pick it up, they didn’t have it. I’m not sure who to complain to, but this is crazy. I don’t even know if they actually have it!

@jayrayner1 @British_Airways Utterly agree @jayrayner1 Could not register, app passes you to website, website fails to lioad, verification email never arrived. On a 3 day trip I’ve just had to re-enter passport details in full to check in again. Can only check in 24 hours before flight. @easyjet anyone?
