"Bungie does not comment on or discuss individual account restriction or bans."
Think I've read this somewhere before @Bungie@BungieHelp, hold on, found it:
"Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty."
Assumes 100% accuracy, sorry, that is impossible. @Bungie@BungieHelp
@BungieHelp You've just banned my friend for no reason, we have both read the terms and none of them were violated. It says that each case is manually reviewed, in which case it wasn't reviewed well...
@jeffwilsontech @SwiftOnSecurity That still leaves you with at least one request far easier to manipulate, free to redirect off to something running on a different domain. If there is an option to eliminate that request then that's good.
@michael_traher @IanGabelli You get shitheads in all walks of life. There are definitely players who are wankers, but then you won't hear about the ones who aren't.
@Pleiades79@emptywheel@charles_gaba It's a pretty useless graph, it doesn't tell you the nature of the requests (size and destination) or what activities were performed during this "test". As often the case, be more interesting to look at actual data.
Just read something about replacing "I'm sorry" with "thank you". So, instead of saying "sorry I was late", say "thank you for waiting for me". Replacing negativity with positivity and gratitude and breaks the "i'm sorry" cycle. Powerful.
@ohjustshootme Wouldn't "Ref, he just trod on my ankle" have achieved the same? Which in this instance appeared to be nothing. Really hope VAR does start to be used correctly with practice π€πΌ
