this year , in fact last couple of months have seen the most dramatic change ever in the sharing of global intelligence, away from 'monopolistic guilds' (doctors, lawyers, accountants to name some) and into the hands of ordinary people - at near zero cost, and its just started. Its democratizing skill access and learning. However, the real secret is perhaps why this is happening and maybe the answer to that is not so prosaic.

im going thru the same crap with specifically outlook, its utterly terrible. Drops attachments sending emails, crashes, the new desktop app is really just the online version in a desktop shell. Im literally thinking of going hosted Gmail as i hate MS so much. AI is the release valve that will enable us to make our own software and kill MS dead... couple of years max
