EasyJet, thank you for using a deceitful approach to obtain £60 from me.
I went to the check-in desk at Edinburgh Airport simply to ask for assistance. I was told I needed to pay £60, but no one explained what the payment was for or that it was optional.

@easyJet Trusting the advice of your staff, I paid.

Only afterwards was I informed that the charge was for Speedy Boarding and that it was non-refundable.

If I had been told clearly that this was an optional upgrade rather than a mandatory fee, I would never have agreed to pay.
