@parcelforce this is an absolute crock of shit - I was at the address until 17:10 and no attempt to deliver was made whatsoever. Your tracking app does not work, it simply said my parcel would be delivered sometime between 7am and 6pm. Absolutely diabolical service.

Bought a 65 inch Toshiba TV from @ao 10 months ago for commercial premises. Was not told we needed any kind of "commercial" insurance or warranty to cover it in the event of a fault. Lo and behold, it's broken, but all they can do is offer us £30 towards a repair. Cheers then 😡
