For the last 6 weeks, we have been running a bereavement support group for loved ones of nurses who have died by suicide.

@theRCN 's recent report of a 54% rise in the number of nurses experiencing suicidal thoughts due to workplace pressures is a stark reminder of why our groups exist.

Our hope for the next government is that they prioritise support for nurses’ mental wellbeing in their training. This early support could prove to be life saving for so many. 💙
