@SupercheapAuto your website says the Cannon Hill store opens at 830am today, Google says your store opens at 830am today & yet there is an A4 paper sign in the window saying you open at 9am. There has been at least 20 people turn up to the store and leave since 830am...poor form

@lufthansa please explain to me the sense behind having one bassinet on a new A350. Despite us arranging a bassinet seat months ago, you have assigned it to someone else and we now have a 12 hour flight with a 8 month old on our lap the whole way. Horrible, horrible service...

@lufthansa It doesn't matter if it was chargeable or not. Lufthansa staff guaranteed us the seat. To make matters worse, we were GUARANTEED by service desk staff at Munich of a blocked seat between us if the flight was not full. We had someone in between us & we spotted 2 other empty seats
