Hey @JetBlue, yesterday my wife & I boarded a flight to Grenada to celebrate a vacation. After they closed the door, my wife had a severe panic attack. Her first EVER after flying for over 15 years. (1/7) #anxiety

I am deeply saddened and offended that I have now spent over 5 hours on the phone with @JetBlue #jetbluevacations going back and forth as they hurry me off the phone and provide no solution. I even called @sandalsresorts ... (4/7)

$400+ in cancellation fees. It’s 2019 @JetBlue . Anxiety is a very real thing that millions of people face everyday. Any member of the flight staff could vouch for the fear in her eyes & the emotional decision to deboard the aircraft. As her husband ... (3/7)

After tries and the advice of the @jetblue flight staff, she tearfully made the courageous decision to get off the plane as to not ruin the flight for others. My wife and I are now being told that not only are we losing our $4000 vacation but are being charged... (2/7)
