@IM_Crit_@SCCM Central venous pressure is not a resuscitative target. It’s a caution flag that you’re playing on the edge as it rises. CVP is not preload, CVP is not volume responsiveness, CVP is not a number to be achieved to ensure CO, and CVP is NEVER a target for perfusion.
